New Feature: Spakinect integration!
- Spakinect provides a streamlined telehealth solution that simplifies the Good Faith Exam (GFE) process for medical spas through an on-demand network of aesthetic-trained providers. We are pleased to offer an integration with their platform. Instructions for how to set up the integration may be found here.
Improvements
- For improved workflow clarity, users can no longer change Superbill Location from the Installment screen or Edit Subscription screen. The Location can still be changed from the Superbill History screen.
- Several refinements added to the new Packages screen including improved manual expiration workflow.
- Package purchase dates will now remain fixed to their original purchase date, even if the superbill is subsequently updated.
- Added a report for package expiration.
- Added HEIC/HEIF image support in Documents.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that was preventing some invoice reminders from being sent.
- Fixed a display error causing the appointment-setting dialog to be cut off in side-by-side view.
- Various fixes for Subscriptions dashboard.
- Dot Phrases may now be used inside Task Note, Vitals, Messages, and TCM Note sections without erroneously displaying HTML code.
- Fixed an error that could occur on the Patient Portal when sending a message to a provider.
- Fixed an issue with 9-digit zip codes on the Insurance screen that could cause an error if the user copy/pastes in an alternative dash character.
- Fixed an issue preventing sending emojis in Patient Portal messages.
- Fixed inconsistent/varying amounts populating into the Available Credit Memos screen.
- Fixed an issue where the user had to re-open the Fullscript screen to see a recommendation they had just added.
- Fixed a case where a patient could use the “reset password” function to regain access to the Patient Portal, even if the clinic had manually disabled their access.
- Fixed an issue with deactivated practitioners causing Authorize.net payment accounts to be unselectable.
- Fixed an error that could occur when canceling from the Appointments panel.
