- New feature: Co-signed Consent Forms
- Practitioners can now co-sign consent forms that have already been signed by a patient and need to be countersigned. To access this option, open the patient’s Action Menu > Consent, where you will see a “Cosign” button in the “Signature Date” column.
Improvements
- Added a red unread messages badge to the “Office Chat” icon in the notification area.
- Added 14 and 21 as options for the “gap in days” setting in Online Booking.
- When adding a package to a Superbill, if adding the same package a second time, the existing package line item will increase in quantity rather than adding a second separate line item.
- Refinements/updates to the new appointment confirmation enhancements.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue causing no patients to be found in the Patient Search box if a trailing space was entered.
- Fixed an issue that could cause dot phrases to behave unexpectedly and populate into the wrong position inside a chart note.
- Fix for an issue that could allow patients to book outside scheduled availability.
- Fixed an issue with special characters in the online booking form not being displayed correctly.
- Fixed an issue preventing the “Check Instructions” button on the Lab Order screen from displaying the appropriate instructions.
- Fixed an issue where a cancelled appointment could still block availability for Online Booking.
- Fixed an issue with the Send Records function where the fax log would sometimes not be updated.
