Improvements
Clinics can now restrict gift card purchases to predefined values only. A new "Allow freeform gift card values" checkbox has been added to the Gift Card Config screen.
Office Chat now opens in a new browser tab, allowing practitioners to keep their current workflow open while chatting.
Practitioners can now access their favorite ICD codes directly from the Lab Order screen, using the same favorites functionality available in Consult Notes (Assessment/Diagnosis section).
Patient portal messages now support rich text formatting (bold, italic, lists, links) in the new Messages interface for more readable, structured messages.
Updated the gift card confirmation popup on the superbill to read "emailed to the client" instead of "mailed", clarifying that gift cards are delivered electronically.
The Reply To Email field in User Management is now required, preventing form errors for patients and silent failures in Send & Notify when left blank.
The OptiMantra subscription signup flow has been streamlined so new users can edit preferences, sign the agreement, and enter payment in one step without clicking "Submit Subscription Changes" separately. Also fixes the button not enabling when only fax add-ons were changed.
Bug Fixes
Appointment and availability shifts can now extend to 12:00 AM (midnight), resolving the previous limitation where shifts could only go up to 11:45 PM.
Fixed an issue where video chat was not working on mobile devices, displaying only a blank screen on both Android and iOS.
Fixed an issue where the email template assigned to a service was not being applied to appointments booked online.
Fixed an issue where newly created service templates were not applying the practice's default payment, deposit, or credit card policy for online bookings.
Fixed an issue where the Molina of Nebraska (MLNA-NE) eligibility ID was not showing in the Office Ally Eligibility ID field in the Contacts List.
Fixed an issue with Find Availability (Scheduling → More → Find Availability) where the results screen would fail to load after selecting a practitioner, service, and practice.
Fixed an issue in Online Booking where appointments were not sourcing the Initial/Follow-up designation from the Service setting, which caused incorrect forms to populate on the patient portal.
Fixed an issue where installment payments were not appearing in Analytics reports, the patient's Account Summary, or superbill version history.
Fixed an issue where the Location column in Superbill History showed "Not Defined" after editing a superbill tied to an installment subscription.
Fixed an issue where the Result HTML option displayed a blank page for Rupa Labs orders. The Result HTML option has been hidden for Rupa labs (similar to Fullscript) since Rupa only provides results as PDF — use View Result PDF instead.
Fixed an issue where appointments appeared as "confirmed by staff" on the Schedule page even when they had not been confirmed, including for online booking appointments after using Save and Notify.
Fixed an issue where editing a chart from the dashboard showed all chart sections instead of respecting the section visibility configured in Settings > Forms > Chart Note/Intake.
Fixed an issue where payment cards intermittently failed to save during OM subscription signup, preventing clinics from completing enrollment.
Fixed an issue where the date of payment saved on a superbill didn't match the date shown in the UI when applying a new payment.
