New feature: Patient Timeline
A brand-new Patient Timeline view is now available, giving practitioners a unified, chronological view of all patient activity in one place. The timeline includes chart/consult notes, custom formulations, medications & supplements, tasks, lab orders, messages, emails, phone, and faxes. You can filter by event type, select a custom date range, sort by oldest/newest, search across all columns, and click any row to open the related record. Access it from the Patient Dashboard.
Improvements
When changing the location on a Superbill, a confirmation popup will now appear notifying you that the subtotal may have changed due to different tax rates between locations. The tax rate in the Summary of Charges will update automatically to reflect the new location.
Labs can now be included when sending patient records using the Send Records feature. A new "Labs" column has been added to the Send Records screen, allowing you to send lab results directly from Lab History without needing to download and re-upload them as documents.
When editing a recurring Online Booking availability shift, you can now choose to modify just a single day in the series — the same "edit one occurrence" option that was previously only available from the Scheduling page.
Payments Dashboard: Multiple refinements to subscription status categorization, overdue detection, declined payment detail, timezone display, and card update handling.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where duplicate availability slots could appear after a timezone change, and where valid availability was not showing in Online Booking after changing the time slot interval in org settings.
Fixed an issue where the email template assigned to a service was not being applied to appointments booked online.
Fixed an issue where the cancellation/termination date was not displaying in the Subscription Dashboard for inactive subscriptions.
Fixed an issue where saved cards were showing inconsistently between the Patient Profile, Subscription Edit, and Take Card Payment views.
Fixed an issue where non-IV formulation templates were reverting to the IV formulation style after being saved.
Fixed an issue where admin users were unable to save edits to recurring Online Booking availability shifts when the "Only Administrator Can Manage Recurring Appointments" org setting was enabled.
