Highlights
- New feature: Configurable Gift Card Expiration!
- The expiration period for purchased gift cards can now be configured. This can be done in Settings > Payments > Gift Card Config. By default, gift cards will default to a 3-year expiration period. Gift cards will retain the policy that was in effect when the gift card was sold.
Improvements
- A new column has been added to the Superbill Version History to indicate which user edited the note. Since this information has not been collected previously, this field will be blank for superbill versions prior to this update, but the information will be populated moving forward.
- The Settings > Services > Services (Fee Schedule) > More > Assign Services feature can now be used generally as a bulk assignment editor, including unassigning a provider from services.
- Improved visibility for how an appointment was confirmed, when, and by whom.
- When editing a superbill to take a patient’s payment after the insurance payer’s payment was $0, the superbill will no longer change the date of the $0 insurance payment to the current date. The patient’s payment should be placed on an “additional payment” line.
- In Charting, the Review Of Systems v2 will now automatically check the “no” box for each category and item when using “Set all sections to No.”
- Added 180 days as an option for meds/supplements (previously the range only went to 120 days).
- Improved PDF generation for chart notes containing tables.
- Fixed an issue where Fiserv payments would intermittently not be recorded in superbills or payment history.
