New Feature: Installments!
- When creating a superbill for a patient, the new “Installment” button found in the Payment area will allow you to schedule automatic payments which will be applied to that superbill as additional payments. This allows payment plans to be created for patients while keeping your reporting accurate (which would not have been possible with recurring payments previously).
UI Improvements
- User Interface Refresh - our Login screen and Top Navigation Bar are new and improved for 2026! The Shortcuts menu has also been reorganized to make it faster and easier to get where you need to go.
- Filtering added to the recent GCal/Outlook update (where providers can share their GCal/Outlook visibility to others in the clinic) so that providers' GCal/Outlook calendars will only be visible if their basic OM calendar is also visible.
- Added a “save” button to the Superbill interface (in addition to the existing “save & close” button).
- When using Check Out > Charge for Booking from a week that is not the present week, users will now return to the week they were viewing instead of the present week.
- The CVV2 field, when taking card payments, will now properly display “this field is required” if not filled in.
- Added an “HM” claim filing indicator option, in both the Contact List and also on the claim form.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where some faxes could appear distorted or cut off.
- Fixed an issue that would cause extra characters to be added when copying Formulations into a chart note.
- Fixed an issue where checking a patient out using Check Out > Charge for Booking or Charge Copay would not show in the Appointment Log.
- Fixed an issue that prevented fully-utilized packages from being viewed inside superbills.
- Fixed the “apply credit memo” dialog in Superbills so that it once again prefills the balance due if sufficient credit is available.
- Fixed a bug with some timezones not being received from integrated Outlook calendars appropriately.
