To connect Rupa with OptiMantra, you can request integration directly within your Rupa interface. We are not able to request this from our side. Please note this is a one directional, results only integration.

Sign in to your Rupa account

Navigate to your left side panel and select Settings
- Once in settings, select Account Settings
- At the top of your Account Settings section, you will see a button in the top right that says Add EHR Connection
- Select the Add EHR Connection button
- Choose OptiMantra and select the "Connect EHR" button.
Note that you'll continue to order your lab results in Rupa, but the results will be matched into OptiMantra based on patient name and DOB.
- Please make sure that your information in OptiMantra and Rupa are an exact match - common issues like name mismatches or misspellings ( Matt vs Matthew or Amy vs Aimee) can result in orphaned labs, that is labs that are not attached to a patient record.
- You also want to make sure that the NPI associated with your Rupa account exists in your OptiMantra account as well (if you're using the NPI of a medical director, make sure they are set up as an OptiMantra user with a Settings > Provider Settings profile that includes their NPI).
The integration takes 2-3 weeks. Once completed, you'll start seeing lab results show up in your OptiMantra account tied directly to patient charts and under the Notifications tab.
