The Visual Charting Tool provides interactive spine and body images with clickable points. As you select locations and work through the available areas, the tool builds a note for you. When you're finished, you can generate the note and copy it into the correct charting section.
How It Works
Each image is interactive, allowing you to click different locations on the spine or body. For every point you select, the tool offers three areas to document:
- Subjective
- Exam
- Adjustment
As you click through the items in each area, the tool develops your note automatically.
Steps
- Open the Visual button.
- Choose the area you want to chart — spine or body.
- Click the relevant location(s) on the image.
- Work through the Subjective, Exam, and Adjustment areas for each point, clicking the items that apply.
- Generate the note.
- Copy the note into the appropriate charting section.
Tip
The same workflow applies to both views. After charting the spine, you can follow the identical steps for the body — just select the body area, build your note, and copy it into the appropriate section.
