In OptiMantra, please open Settings> Clinical Templates> Favorite ICDs and follow these steps to determine categories of frequently used ICD 10 codes:
Here, you can select favorite ICD 10 codes individually or create ICD 10 code Groups (recommended), if you see patients with different conditions
- Select Add New Group and create your Group names; for example: Pain, Heart Metabolic
- Select your Group from the dropdown next to the Search field
- Search and add the ICD 10 codes for that group
ICD 10 Groups will automatically appear on the charting page to simplify charting and check-out
