OptiMantra is an online, cloud-based program; read below for answers to your top questions:

 Clear Your Browser Cache And Refresh After OptiMantra Updates

Your Chrome Browser may be caching (saving) former versions of the OptiMantra website, which prevents you from taking advantage of the latest software updates 
If some of the website content is looking off or otherwise not rendering correctly when you log in the first time after updates, please clear your browser cache and refresh the page:

1. Please ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome.

2. Clear OptiMantra specific cache in Chrome. (Please ensure you are on an OptiMantra page, we recommend the login page):

Click the 2 lines in the URL bar and select Site Settings.

Then click Delete Data (this will log you out of OptiMantra).

Log back in and re-attempt the function you were having issues with. 
  3. If this OptiMantra specific cache clear does not work, try a full browser cache clear: 

 Please follow these steps in Chrome:  On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click More Click More tools Clear browsing data At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes Click Clear data         https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

 Open Multiple OptiMantra Tabs

There are times when you would like to have one or more tabs open with OptiMantra, so you can go back and forth and or do side by side comparisons

To open, right click on the menu header and 'open link in new tab' (Note this only works on some portions of the program)

As an example, in the snapshot below, you are on Scheduling tab and opening another tab for Inventory

Test Your Internet Speeds

We recommend at least 5MBPS of download and 2.5MBPS of upload connection for a good experience (and more if you plan to do video chat (telehealth)

You can test your internet connection with the following speed tests:

• Google Speed Test
• Ookla Speed Test

 Open PDFs Automatically in Chrome

You can normally open PDFs automatically in Chrome by clicking on the file you want to see  
If your PDFs are downloading instead of opening automatically in Chrome, Chrome PDF viewer could be turned off 
To turn it on, please follow the below: On your computer, open Chrome At the top right, click More Settings On the left, click Privacy and Settings Under "Privacy and Settings," click Site Settings Near the bottom, click Additional Permissions Further down, click Additional Content Settings Click "PDF Documents" and Turn off Open PDFs using a different application Chrome will now open PDFs automatically when you click them.
