Set up and use Wholescripts

Integrate Wholescripts with OptiMantra to dispense Xymogen and other top supplement products directly from your EMR to the patient.

OptiMantra partnered with Wholescripts to provide integrative and medical practitioners a streamlined approach to drop-ship supplements and nutraceuticals from their OptiMantra account directly to the patient's doorstep. Practitioners also have the option to purchase products from a wholesale model and offer distribution within their clinics.

Create or Connect your Wholescripts Account

1. From any patient record, select the 3 stacked bars to open the patient's Actions menu.
2. Select Wholescripts
   • 
3. A new tab will open - where you can choose to log in or sign up
   • 
4. You'll then be asked to authorize OptiMantra to manage your Wholescripts recommendations.  Click Authorize.  The new tab will close and return you to the previous screen - your Wholescripts account is now connected!

5. Return to the OptiMantra screen and again from any patient record, select the 3 stacked bars to open the patient's Action Menu and select Wholescripts.
6. This will open the Wholescripts module within OptiMantra.

Making a Wholescripts Recommendation

To make a new Wholescripts recommendation from within OptiMantra:

1. From the patient's Actions Menu, select the Wholescripts option, OR
2. Use the Wholescripts button within the Plan section of the patients chart note.
   1. Charting for patients is managed through the Initial Consult, Follow-up, or Basic Note. Wholescripts recommendations can be added to patient charts by adding them to the Plan (Practitioner Recommendations) section.

3. When the Wholescripts module opens select "Create Recommendations"

4. Using Wholescripts' plan building tool, you can select products, define dose duration, dose quantity, availability of refills, give additional instructions, then add to your plan.

5. Once you have added all products that should be included in the plan, you can click "Save Prescription" to automatically send the recommendations to your patient's email on file.
   • 
6. If you're using the Wholescripts interface from inside a chart note, you can open the recommendation from the next screen and click Import All Into Plan to add the recommendations to the Plan section of your chart note.
