User Interface Improvements:
- Right Side Panel for Chart Notes
- We have added a new right side panel to the chart notes, which allows you to access most functionality of the Documents and Tasks features without leaving the chart note!
- The existing options for opening these sections via “more commands” are still in place while everyone explores the new functionality.
- More features will be added to the right-side panel soon. Try it out!
- Improved the look and feel of the section headings inside of chart notes.
- The Patient Summary Module is now visible on the “Patient Submitted Forms” screen, and can be accessed by clicking the patient’s name (which is now underlined to reflect this functionality).
- Visual improvements made to the CPT code picker.
- Packages purchased more than 12 months ago are no longer shown in the patient app. This is an interim step while we work on providing more options for clinics to configure package visibility in the patient app.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed inconsistent date formats in some outbound webhooks. As always, when outgoing webhooks are adjusted, we recommend clinics utilizing these webhooks please examine and re-verify their validation/mapping rules in the destination CRM.
- Fixed “Internal Notes” being copied into “Notes for Patient” on lab results when creating a task.
- Fixed an issue with gift cards purchased online, where the superbill could indicate the incorrect payment processor was used.
- Fixed a display issue on superbills where an unusual number of decimal places were shown.
- Fixed an issue where an error would be shown when sending lab requisitions and results from the Documents page via email.
- Fixed a display issue that prevented the “day” view from being usable on the Scheduling page for practices displaying a large number of practitioners.
- Fixed an issue with superbill PDFs where the amount of a copay would be inaccurately shown in the “tax” column.
- Fixed an issue where the REFERRING_PROVIDER_NAME keyword was pulling the “referred by” field from demographics into letter templates, rather than the provider creating the referral.
- Fixed an issue that prevented chart snapshots from being shown if the chart note was deleted and then restored.
- Fixed an issue when importing chart notes from DeepCura where the current date would be inserted if the DeepCura note didn’t send a date. Instead of inserting the current date into the chart note (which could cause confusion/errors) the import process will now fail and be logged to Shortcuts > Logs > DeepCura Webhook Log, requiring the user to manually set the date.
