Overview:
Some commonly seen issues can be caused by cached data inside your browser or other related tech issues. Below is a list of issue that may occur and steps provided to help try and resolved these issues:
Examples of issues:
- Schedule displaying as the waitlist
- Scheduled showing deactivated providers information
- Inconsistent settings displays
Please try our updated cache clearing / speed guide within your Chrome browser. We have found that these four steps solve the majority of issues:
1. Please ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome.
2. Clear OptiMantra specific cache in Chrome. (Please ensure you are on an OptiMantra page, we recommend the login page):
Click the 2 lines in the URL bar and select Site Settings.

Then click Delete Data (this will log you out of OptiMantra).
Log back in and re-attempt the function you were having issues with.
3. Clear you whole browser cache. (If step 2 does not work)
Please copy and paste this into the address bar, then press Enter:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
Make sure to select 'All time' within the 'Time range', and only check 'Cached images and files' > Clear data. Checking Cookies will delete your passwords, so best to leave that unchecked.
4. It’s worth checking your Chrome extensions, and disabling those that potentially have active page scanning. Some examples are McAfee, Grammarly, and other anti-virus or grammar checking extensions. In order to test this, you will want to disable all extensions. Then you can re-add extensions 1 by 1. Once you have identified the problem extension, you can either disable or use the Manage Extensions and add optimantra.com to the list of trusted sites here.
5. You may also want to try click the 3 dots on the top right of chrome > New Incognito Window and re-attempt the item in Incognito mode.
6. If steps 1 - 5 don't work:
Turn off graphics accelerator - Chrome (three vertical dots) > Settings > System > Use graphics acceleration when available > toggle to the left to disable, and relaunch Chrome
7. As a last resort, you can power-cycle your modem / router after office hours or during lunch. This just means unplugging it for 10-15 mins, then plugging back in.
