OptiMantra has launched a new intra-office messaging feature Office Chat that allows you to easily message individuals in the practice or groups around a core topic:
How do I add new team members to the office chat? Each new team member must self-register by opening the office chat. Once they have opened it once, they will appear as an option for other users to chat with.

What Notifications Look Like
The Notifications use the Chrome pop-ups, so they'll show up on any page you're on the first time the message is sent, as long as pop-ups are enabled (see more on that below), and you've logged into the chat.
Enable Notifications in Chrome
Under the icons, make sure Notifications are turned on
Enable Notifications on your Computer
For Mac/iOS
Under System Preferences > search for Notifications
Make sure to update Notifications for both Google Chrome and Google Chrome Helper (Alerts)
Toggle on the Allow notifications
Also, make sure Do Not Disturb and Focus settings are turned off
For PC
Under System > Notifications > Go to “Notifications and Action Settings”
Type “notifications” in your system search and you will see it in the search results
- Scroll down to the section with the heading Get Notifications From These Senders
- In Get Notifications From These Senders section, find and select Google Chrome

Once inside Google Chrome notification settings, turn on the following: "Notifications" and "Show notification banners"
