In OptiMantra, you can run a host of different reports in the Analytics section to better understand your business, including to see your deposits by payment type
Running the Daily Deposits Report
In OptiMantra, please open Analytics in the Navigation bar, click on List of Reports
Select List of Reports > Practice Financials > Deposits/Collections > Daily Deposit by Date of Payment
- You can also just search "daily deposit"
- If you want more detail, select one of the other Deposit Reports to see deposits by Location, date of service, or with patient insurance and other payment details
Exporting your Report
Click on the Home tab at the top of the page to export the report - you can select PDF or Excel to download the report to your computer
