Mobile App
The OptiMantra Mobile App is available for OptiMantra providers and patients in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. In the guide below we break down each feature of the app.
Please note the APP is under continuous improvement and not all improvements may be captured in the below videos.

Practitioner App
Scheduling
This is what you will see when you first log into the app. It gives you an overview of the day and you can add new appointments on this page.
This defaults to the logged in practitioner or first listed practitioner for staff users.
You can click the Stethoscope on the top right to expand this selection.
You can click the location icon to narrow the location view.
You can use the selector lines to toggle to and from List view.
You can use the Bell to review notifications. (Note: no red number icon exists in the APP at this time)
You can use the refresh icons to refresh the page.
Patients
Here you can add new patients and search for your existing ones. You must begin typing a patient name in order for the list to generate. When you click on an existing patient you will be able to do the following:
Add a profile picture for the patient
Update or add tags
View or change their demographic information
Add their payment information and charge their card on file
Upload documents, or view existing documents for the patient
Manage the patient’s eRx (if enabled for eRx functionality)
Send a text message or email and view the history of those communications
See their charting history and their superbill history
You can now create Basic Notes from this page and additional expansion to follow.
List the summary of their account with you
Start a Video Chat (telehealth session)
Messages
On this tab you can manage your messages that patients have sent you through their patient portal.
You can edit your individual user message settings using the Gear icon at the top.
You can Create new patient messages using the + symbol.
You can update your individual user message Banner.
You can use the filters to see your unread, your messages over a time period, or all messages over a time period.

Analytics
You can your Payments report and your Appointments report on this page.

Texts
This page is where you can manage your texts practice-wide. This is an additional add-on that you can learn more about here.

My Tasks
Here you will be able to see your tasks and create new ones for yourself.

This tool allows you to message your team, if they have been added to your OptiMantra account.
Patient App
When patients go to log into the app they will need to confirm their name and their dob. Then they will be brought to a page that reflects their patient portal. The information that they can see here will be dependent on what you have set for their access to the patient portal. Patients can do the following in the OptiMantra app:
Enter or change their demographic details. This includes their insurance and payment information.
See any upcoming appointments on the app and be able to schedule/cancel future appointments.
Fill out consent forms that you have sent them.
View messages you sent them as well as send you messages.
See handouts and documents as well as upload additional documents.
Manage and pay their superbills.
