Service Groups or Service Templates are groups of individual services or CPT codes - these are helpful to include if you are using individual services for billing and insurance claims, but need want to create common grouping for booking and charting that you can quickly drop in

In OptiMantra, please open Settings> Services> Service Groups /Templates.
The two most common scenarios for using Service Groups are:
1. For Multiple Service Booking
Patients can book for multiple services together on the scheduling page - and you can use the same grouping for the Chart Note or on the Superbill
- For example, a patient can book a Comprehensive Visit that includes an Initial Consultation, Lab Work (procedures) and a Massage
You can choose to make this service available for online bookings by checking the Available Online checkbox.
- You can also use the same Grouping on the chart note under Service Template or on the Superbill.
2. For Insurance Billing
Billing for certain services includes multiple CPT codes for an encounter
- For example, an Acupuncture service includes CPTs 97810 + 2x 97811
