If you are onboarding in OptiMantra, our team can help upload all of your inventory records at once if you have inventory records in another EMR system or spreadsheet (Excel, CSV)
Manage Your Inventory in OptiMantra
If you are looking to individually adjust or add items to OptiMantra, please click on Inventory on the Navigation bar - this will be the place where you can check critical inventory by location including what you have in stock, which items are low on-hand, pricing, cost, expiration dates, and more.
Tax rates can be applied to the inventory under the Settings > Locations > Tax Rates. Please note the tax rate is set at the Location level for each of the categories and is not available on the per item level. You can mark individual items as tax-exempt ie Non-tax items.
Your inventory will update as you complete transactions in the OptiMantra program - including recording sales in Superbills or refunding items
