Express Onboarding
We offer Express Onboarding for those who want a live guided onboarding. This is a multi-hour, deep-dive group virtual training for recently signed up customers.
Express onboarding includes a pre-session account review and OptiMantra-generated tickets to streamline your data and integration. During the training, we’ll walk you through the process of configuring your account step-by-step so you're ready to start seeing patients quickly. The cost for express onboarding is $250.

Managed Onboarding
For clients seeking a dedicated 1-on-1 onboarding experience, especially multi-provider clinics, we also offer Managed Onboarding. As part of the managed onboarding, we pair you with a dedicated specialist who will walk you through configuring and setting up the OptiMantra system to your specific practice workflows.
The onboarding process typically takes ~3 weeks and our team will walk you through 3-4 custom training sessions to get you comfortable navigating the system.
After you go live with patients, our team follows you for 1-2 Q&A sessions to make sure we're answering questions as they come up.
Our goal is to serve as your advisor to help you quickly and expediently get up and running - to train you on the system so you can really make it your own.
We charge a one-time fee of $500 for solo providers, and $750-$1000+ for group practices depending on scope and size.

OptiMantra offers training on insurance billing and claims. There are two weekly group training sessions offered:
Insurance Billing Overview [Group Training]
This is a group training session held for those who are getting set up with insurance billing. The call covers Insurance billing basics, the OptiMantra insurance set-up, and Guidance on EDI/ERA/EFT set-up.
Insurance Billing Q&A [Group Training]
Also a group training session, this session covers claims support and troubleshooting error codes.
This training is ideal for staff and providers who are actively billing insurance.
